central location many attractions helpful staff noisy elevator room temperature cold temperature
the hotel has a central location, close to many attractions. the staff seemed helpful, which i found nice. breakfast offered a decent variety of foods.
the room i stayed in was right next to a noisy elevator shaft. i asked for a new room, but the next room was also close to the same shaft. it took some time to finally get a quieter room.

central location helpful staff complimentary water stark room tap water little furniture
I found the location quite central. There were many restaurants and shops nearby, a true convenience. The staff was also helpful. They made check-in and check-out simple. I also enjoyed the complimentary sparkling and still water offered in the reception area. Candies were also available. I found this quite good.
The room felt a bit stark. The water from the tap was not very appealing. I ran it for some time, but it still tasted off. I received an upgrade to a family room, but it was like it had too little furniture. I didn't feel very comfortable.

The location was central, which suited my travel plans well. The staff provided good assistance . I found the breakfast to be excellent, with varied choices. The room had amenities that met my requirements.
The room was a bit too warm. I found the AC controls difficult to adjust.

The location proved very convenient for accessing central spots. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and courtesy throughout my visit. breakfast offered great variety. I found many options to suit my tastes. the hotel is close to shops and restaurants.
the pillows felt too soft, but i managed with what was available.

I stayed in a well-equipped room with comfortable beds. A modern steam iron and ironing board were available. I found the size of the bathroom good and it included quality toiletries. The hotel's breakfast had a decent variety.
The window in my room looked directly at the wall of an adjacent building. This limited natural light, a minor inconvenience.
